✅ Supporting a child’s small business journey

✅ Saying “yes” to ethical animal care and local sustainability

Let’s build a future where kids grow up knowing they can make a difference — one egg at a time.

Hey, I'm Nikki!

I’m a young entrepreneur with a big love for chickens. I raise happy, free-ranging hens right here in Park City and collect their eggs daily. It started as a fun backyard project — now it’s my little business! My dad built the coop and now it's up to me to maintain it and keep everything running.

🌱 My chickens live naturally and eat a healthy diet. They roam around during the day and get plenty of scraps from our greenhouse and garden. Swiss chard, tomatoes, and mealworms are some of their favorites.

💛 I believe real food should be simple, local, and full of love. I spend time with my chickens every day and they always come running towards me.

🧺 When you buy my eggs, you're not just getting something fresh — you're supporting a child-led small business that’s growing one dozen at a time.

Meet Our Flock

Smartie

Austra White

Smartie earned her name by always being one step ahead of the rest. She was the first to figure out how to eat a worm, the first to hop out of the pen, and is always quick to learn something new.

Vanilla

Austra White

Vanilla may look sweet and simple with her soft white feathers, but don’t let that fool you — she’s got a bold side! She’s curious, quick on her feet, and always ready to explore something new.

Ice

Austra White

Ice is cool, confident, and always strutting to her own beat — just like her namesake, Vanilla Ice. With her crisp white feathers and bold attitude, she’s the flock’s undercover superstar.

Pepper

Cinnamon Queen

Pepper is our most obedient (and snack-savvy) hen! She’s always the first to come running when I call the flock, and she knows my treat cue better than anyone.

Peach

Cinnamon Queen

Peach got her name when she was just a chick — her soft, fluffy feathers were the exact color of a ripe peach. The name stuck, and so did her sweet personality!

Brownie

Cinnamon Queen

Brownie is our warm and wonderful Cinnamon Queen, with rich brown feathers and a personality to match. Sweet as a brownie and twice as lovable!

Georgie

Easter Egger

Georgie got her name because, just like Curious George, she was full of curiosity from the start. She was the first of the younger chicks to confidently approach the older hens, always eager to explore and make new friends.

Paint

Easter Egger

Paint is our little cuddlebug. She loves being held close and will gently close her eyes as she snuggles into your arms, completely content. Soft, sweet, and full of trust — Paint is happiest when she’s getting love.

Leopard

Easter Egger

Leopard is one of our most striking hens, named for the unique, speckled markings on her feathers. She’s a bit of a night owl — always the last to head into the coop at bedtime. Independent, graceful, and full of style, Leopard does things her own way!

Shadow

Black Sex Link

Shadow is sleek, quiet, and always just a few steps behind — like a little feathered shadow. With her glossy black feathers and calm nature, she adds a touch of mystery to the flock.

Blackberry

Black Sex Link

Blackberry may look just like the other Black Sex-Links, but she’s easy to spot by her actions — she’s the one who hops onto my arm and lays down like she owns the place.

Midnight

Black Sex Link

Mysterious and graceful, Midnight has a beauty all of her own. She’s not the first to come running, but she’s always nearby, keeping an eye on everything.

Blue

Blue Ameraucana

Blue is our striking Blue Ameraucana, known for her soft slate-blue feathers and beautiful turquoise eggs. With her calm nature and unique color, Blue adds a splash of magic to the flock.

Blueberry

Blue Ameraucana

Blueberry may have been the tiniest chick in the bunch, but she’s big on heart and curiosity. As a Blue Ameraucana, she’s known for her soft blue feathers and beautiful eggs, but it’s her spunky spirit and determination that really make her stand out.

Flappy

Blue Ameraucana

Flappy earned her name because she’s always fluttering around the coop, flapping her wings like she’s ready for takeoff. Full of energy and curiosity, she loves exploring every corner and keeps the flock on their toes. With her charming personality and beautiful plumage, Flappy is a joy to watch!

Happier Hens = Healthier Eggs

Commercial eggs often come from overcrowded, stressful environments where hens never see the outdoors. But Nikki’s flock lives how chickens were meant to — roaming, pecking, sunbathing, and just being chickens.

Happy, healthy chickens lay better eggs — it’s that simple. Studies show that eggs from free-range hens have:

2-3x more omega-3 fatty acids

Up to 6x more Vitamin D

More Vitamin A & E

Less cholesterol and saturated fat

That means stronger immunity, better brain health, and more nutrients in every bite.
